Can I pick up at your studio in Graniteville, SC?

No, our current setup will not allow us to have local pickups.  We plan on relocating and opening our studio to the public in the near future.

How do the candles and wax melts arrive?

Our candles arrive in a box with air pillows and packing peanuts.  Each candle is wrapped in bubble wrap and during the summer months, they're wrapped in cooling bubble wrap.  Our wax melts arrive wrapped in a bubble envelope.

Do you use any dyes in any of your products?

We do not use any type of dyes in our products.

How do you burn the candle?

We suggest burning the 8oz jars for 3-4 hours each time for maximum scent release and even wax levels. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch each time before lighting.  Instructions are also on the bottom of the candle.

What’s a wax melt? 

A wax melt comes in 6 little cubes to break apart with more than 2.4oz total of great smelling wax. They can be melted in a tea light melter or electric wax warmer. There’s no wick involved! 

Can I sell your products in my retail shop/online-store/salon?  

Yes! We love to wholesale our candles and wax melts.  Contact us below to further inquire.

Something broke in shipment/I got the wrong candle/help?

What carriers do you ship with?

TVCC uses UPS and USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not. We do ship to APO or FPO!

Do you accept returns?  

Sorry, we do not. 

My shipment got returned to sender 

Oh no! If your shipment was returned to us due to the wrong address or other issue, you must pay the full shipping price again if you’d like us to resend it. Otherwise, we can refund the cost of your purchase (minus the original shipping charge).
